Abstract Submissions

The Late Breaking abstract submission period is now closed.  Status notifications will be sent by Tuesday, March 6 , 2012.  All presenting authors must be registered by March 16, 2012 for publication in the Congress proceedings.

Acceptance of Abstracts

All accepted abstracts will be published in Congress proceedings and online in BioMed Central.

Compliance with all stated conditions including adherence to the deadline is required. Acknowledgement of receipt of completed abstracts will be sent via email upon submission.  Presenting authors must register no later than March 16, 2012 for their abstract to be published in the conference materials and included in the conference agenda. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to determine acceptance of an abstract and the right to determine the presentation form.  Individuals submitting abstracts agree that if their abstract is accepted, they will attend the meeting and present their abstract as scheduled. The presenting author should be prepared to answer substantive questions about all aspects of the data.  Once an abstract has been accepted and scheduled for presentation, it cannot be withdrawn. Authors consent to abstract publication in conference materials.
