Pre-registration will close on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 or when 1000 registrations are reached, whichever occurs first.  

Registration Fees

Fees are listed in in US dollars.  Click here for current exchange rates.  

**Includes the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 15, the two evening poster sessions and coffee breaks.  It does not include boxed lunches, Congress materials or entry into the sessions.

Registration Includes:

• Congress materials including bag, pocket guide and USB stick with electronic abstract book
• Entry to all official Congress sessions
• Continental breakfast and refreshment breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• Welcome reception on Tuesday evening and Poster receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings
• A boxed lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Registration Does Not Include:

The following are not included in the Congress Registration and are available for purchase with online registration.  Onsite purchases will be based on availability and are not guaranteed.

One Day Pass Includes:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by April 20, 2012 will be refunded less a $175 administrative fee.  No refunds will be given for cancellations received after April 20, 2012.  If for any reason the Congress should be cancelled, IRCIMH 2012 will refund the registration fee.  The Congress is not responsible for the refund of airfare, hotel, or other costs.  Cancellations must be sent in writing by email, fax, or mail to IRCIMH 2012 c/o Conference Solutions.

Substitution Policy

If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to another person by notifying IRCIMH 2012 c/o Conference Solutions in writing by email, fax, or mail. 

Letter of Invitation

Persons who have registered to attend the Congress may request a letter of invitation for use in visa applications.  Email a request to IRCIMH@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and include the following information: Name, Date of Birth, Passport Number, and Nationality.

Badges

All attendees will receive upon registering onsite an identification badge which is required for admission to all Congress functions.

Publicity Policy

Each registrant grants the Congress the right to photograph participants and to use such photographs and the names of attendees in materials which either represent the proceedings of the congress or promote future conferences.  Except for the official congress photographer, no picture taking will be allowed in the congress sessions.
